*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands
- Plan and manage procurement of raw materials
- Coordinate with marketing and sales department for product dispatch
- Ensure maximum utilization of resources and minimize manufacturing cycle time
- Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels at various production stages
- Integrate maintenance schedules with production plans
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Act as custodian for production system data
- Ensure coordination between processes, workforce, and departments
- Maintain various reports and records as per process and regulations
- Uphold management systems as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and Environment and Safety standards.

*Requirements:*
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented individual with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
