**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Following up on leads generated by the company.
- Preparing presentations for potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Researching competitors’ medications and their respective market performances.
- Managing distribution channel members such as stockists, distributors, and chemists
- Handle sales promotion activities. Attend and organize conferences and meetings.
- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
- Provide product information and deliver product samples.
- To promote the brand to healthcare professionals and generate prescriptions.
- To meet stockists and distributors and maintain proper inventory.
- To adhere to the norms.
- To maintain the call average and achieve the set objectives.

**Requirement**
- Freshmen can also be considered with a D. Pharm, B. Pharm, or B.Sc. / M. Sc. graduate degree.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to connect with the customers

**Job Competencies and Skills**:

- Scientific knowledge of the company's product with USPs, product mix, etc. Knowledge of the competitors’ product mix, brands, etc., in clinic performance and selling effectiveness, customer relationship establishment and maintenance for furtherance of business, computer skills and knowledge, and territory knowledge.
