*Sales Associate - Field Operations (Buyer FOS)*

*Job Summary:*

We're hiring a Sales Associate to onboard buyers onto our platform, provide training, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You'll work closely with internal teams to drive sales, cross-sell financial offerings, and activate dormant accounts.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Onboard buyers through cold calls, meetings, and references
- Train buyers to raise RFQs on the platform
- Coordinate with supply team for quote conversion
- Cross-sell financial offerings and collect documentation
- Liaise with lenders for quick limit setup
- Ensure smooth customer experience through internal team coordination
- Reactivate dormant accounts and promote platform services

*Requirements:*
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial sales, banking, or NBFC)
- Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel (PAN India)
- Results-driven sales professional
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This role requires a sales professional who can drive business growth, onboard new buyers, and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
