Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for data-loving people who are from market research or business analyst backgrounds.
Someone who is passionate about both technology and data and strives for addressing problems
quantitative and qualitative data, unearth trends, and clearly communicate insights
- Track in-program data and market trends from multiple sources and analyze to present key
insights
- Gather and manage data through primary and secondary research
- Set up, analyze and review product health dashboards independently
- Support the team in setting up experiments, measure the outcomes of the experiments and
document the learning to inform the course of the product
- Conduct field research to understand changing consumer preferences and needs. Create
questionnaires, analyze data and prepare high quality research reports.
- Working with cross teams to understand requirements and delivering data driven solutions
- Preparing sentiment analysis, Voice of customers, etc reports by analyzing social media data
- Engaging with agencies to conduct market research studies (if required)
Requirement:

- 5+ years of work experience in market research or business analyst background
- Ability to manage a small team to drive the research outcomes
- Ability to work on both quantitative and qualitative market research.
- Should have an eye for accuracy, quick learner and willing to explore areas beyond defined role
- Strong analytical skills coupled with lateral thinking to draw inferences from both structured and
unstructured data sets
- Periodic field visits to different cities/towns to understand users and market trends
- Extremely good command on advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools. Knowledge of Python and
SQL will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
