We are looking for a Store Officer who will oversee the daily Stock Transaction of our Transmission and Substation sites and had **at least 2 years.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed records of stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials for solar project sites.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Arrange transportation for materials to project sites, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and conformity to specifications.
- Address any issues with defective or substandard materials promptly with suppliers.
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material needs and plan stock accordingly.
- Ensure materials are available on-site as per project schedules to avoid delays.
- Provide support to project teams with any inventory-related issues or queries.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Commerce or Related Field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inventory Management.
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management Software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- 50% (preferred)
