Gixenmixen Info Tech is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team. This is a work-from-home position where you will be responsible for inputting data from various sources into our computer systems.
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be key in ensuring accurate and timely data entry of critical information for our organization. You should be proficient in using computers, have excellent typing skills, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities**:
- Input data from paper documents into computer systems
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered
- Maintain and update database information as needed
- Create and manage spreadsheets to track data and produce reports
- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare it for entry into our systems
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Help develop and implement data entry policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in using computers and basic software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Experience in data entry or similar administrative role is a plus
