 Overview:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage and conduct research, recommendation and evaluation of OT cyber security solutions that identify and/or protect against potential threats.
- Conduct technology architecture assessments from technical security point of view that enable the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned with business, technology and cyber threat landscape.
- Perform analysis of the architecture and infrastructure of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA / DCS / DMS/ IIoT)
- Create asset lists including software and firmware details in support of cybersecurity assessments.
- Develop ICS/OT Security Frameworks, based on industry best practices as well as international and national standards
- Evaluation and assessment of available OT tools and countermeasures to resolve the detected vulnerabilities and recommend best solutions and practices.
- Review and validation of OT infrastructure and other reference architectures in accordance with the best security practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicable.
- Preform advisory role in systems development or acquisition projects to assess OT cyber security requirements and controls. Ensure that security controls are implemented as planned.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of OT cybersecurity experience
- Experience dealing with clients across various industry sectors
- Strong understanding various components in the ICS ecosystem and experience of common security issues faced and best practices to be followed from a security standpoint
- Experience in designing, commissioning, or maintaining ICS systems like SCADA, EMS, DCS or PLC.
- Good experience of implementing security standard including IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP.
- Experience in developing roadmaps to execute specific improvements to Network and System defenses.
