**About the team**:
**WPG Processes multicurrency payments through 300+ traditional card and alternative payment methods.Fraud and risk management, analytics, reporting, and treasury services available in WPGCurrently processing 15 million transactions a day, compared to 8 million in 2019 for 1200 Enterprise and 30k medium level merchants.Few teams maintain this gateway and ensure it is security vulneribilities are monitiroed and fixed, outdated third party libraries are upgraded and also work on different reports we produce for merchants on transactions done by them**.**:
**What you will own**:

- ** You will be undertaking planning activities for agile deliveries**:

- ** You will work alongside the Automation Test Lead to progress automation backlog items**:

- ** You will create automated tests to enhance the existing test suite using Selenium**:

- ** You will support and maintain the test automation framework with respect to implementation of new features, existing features and bug fixes**:

- ** You will be analysing requirements and user stories to derive automated test cases, adding to the test suite using Selenium**:

- ** You will be executing tests thoroughly to ensure software quality, running automated tests and identifying defects**:

- ** You will be actively contributing to process improvement initiatives and enhancements to current procedures including recommending quality improvements**:

- ** You will be working with project teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner whilst keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress and challenges**:

- ** You will be supporting and maintaining the test automation framework with respect to implementation of new features, existing features, or bug fixes**:

- ** Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the software development lifecycle process**:
**What you bring**:

- ** Relevant 4+ years of experience in Java and Object-oriented programming concepts and principles. Able to do basic coding in Java.**:

- ** Hands-on experience in test automation in writing new and enhance the existing test suite using Selenium.**:

- ** Previous experience of working as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer**:

- ** Experience within an agile development environment**:

- ** Ability to refactor code to reduce complexity**:

- ** Knowledge of software testing procedures and be skilled in test planning, test estimation, prioritization and risk-based testing**:

- ** Practical experience of agile testing methodologies - BDD, TDD etc.**:

- ** Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies**:
