Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of weaving production staff.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
