Restaurant Captain

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced **Restaurant Captain** to lead our service team and ensure excellent guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and ensure a warm, welcoming environment
- Supervise and guide service staff to deliver prompt service
- Assign tables, take reservations, and handle table arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for special requests or order modifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Captain/Head Waiter or similar role in a restaurant
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Knowledge of food and beverages
- High school diploma or hospitality degree preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
