**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including short clips, long-form content, social media videos, and promotional materials.
- **Post-Production**: Assist with color correction, audio mixing, and adding visual effects to ensure a professional final product.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior editors, producers, and the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage video files, including media backups and archiving completed projects.
- **Quality Control**: Review and refine content to ensure it meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
- **Content Adaptation**: Adapt video content for various platforms, ensuring optimal viewing experience across different channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for storytelling and creating compelling visual content.
