Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential B2B and B2C clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the B2B and B2C segments, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
Office Sales Responsibilities:
2. Sales Support: Provide support to field sales representatives by preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, and coordinating sales activities to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system, updating information regularly and tracking progress towards sales targets.
4. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products/services to clients, meeting their expectations and deadlines.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement and growth in both B2B and B2C sales channels.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in both B2B and B2C environments.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales, focusing on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive to achieve sales targets.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
