We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to patients on the night shift at Rida Hospital Lucknow. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients during your shift.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures
- Monitor patient health status and assess their needs to provide the required nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments, take vital signs, collect samples for testing
- Maintain accurate medical records and document nursing assessments, care plans and interventions
- Consult and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Operate and monitor medical equipment and devices used for patient care
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, medications, self-care skills
- Maintain a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment and assist patients with activities of daily living
- Adhere to infection control policies and ensure sterile techniques are followed
- Participate in quality assurance audits and comply with all hospital regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or B.Sc in Nursing with current RN license
- GNM qualified
- At least 2 years experience as a staff nurse in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and competence in nursing skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to cope well under pressure and in emergency situations
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and holidays

**Job Type**: पार्ट-टाइम
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹१०,०००.०० per month
