Agm - Talent Acquisition

**AGM - Talent Acquisition, Location -** **(Boisar, Tarapur), 12- 15 yrs of experience**
- We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven AGM - Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
- As a AGM - TA, you will be responsible to proactively manage the recruitment funnel to meet standards of quality, effectiveness and timeliness benchmarks.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by department as per the HR Budget
- Partnering with HOD's on organizational development, workforce planning and identifying future requirements
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements, launching vacancy adverts internally and externally
- Proactively managing the recruitment process so that it meets the required standards of quality, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic input to ideate and execute HR systems
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook Networking Now)
- Hands-on experience with end to end recruitment cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
- Proven history meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- **10 -15 Years of experience in handling Recruitment for a heavy engineering. Employees from Engineering company background only apply**.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
