**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the marketplace, including business negotiation, analytics, communication, customer service, and sales. The Ecommerce executive will also be responsible for coordinating with brand owners, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and analysing sales data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing customer accounts in **Amazon international marketplaces**.
- Ensuring compliance with international regulations and market standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.
- Coordinating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Experience in managing international marketplaces.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Graduate degree
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory).
