Calling:
2. Investigate reasons for cart abandonment and address concerns.

3. Provide product information, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations.

4. Understand the reason for Abandoned cart and convert abandoned carts into sales.

**Conversion**:
1. Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert potential sales into actual revenue.

2. Identify and resolve customer objections.

3. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase average order value.

4. Update customer information and order status in Shopify

**Data Analysis**:
1. Monitor and analyze abandoned cart data to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): conversion rate, revenue generated, and customer retention.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service.

2. Proven track record of successful sales conversions.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Familiarity with CRM software, and e-commerce platforms.

6. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
