- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production goals.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff and monitor their performance.
- Implement cost-saving measures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain daily production records including wastage, inventory usage, and output.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain stock levels of raw materials and ingredients; coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

Required:

- Prior experience in a café, bakery, quick-service restaurant
- Familiarity with inventory and POS systems.
