Job Title: Office Manager
PAULMAN MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
Location: Angamaly
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our advertising agency. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all staff members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and order necessary equipment and furniture
- Oversee office maintenance and cleaning services
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle billing and invoicing, and manage office budgets
- Coordinate with HR to ensure employee records are up-to-date and manage employee benefits
- Plan and organize company events and staff outings
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
