**Sourcing and Procurement**:Identifying suitable suppliers, conducting market research, and evaluating potential vendors.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- **Purchase Order Management**:Creating, issuing, and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring stock levels, identifying reorder points, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, and resolving any issues related to delivery or quality.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
- **Reporting**:Preparing reports on purchasing activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- **Staying Up-to-Date**:Keeping abreast of industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to optimize the procurement process.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with other departments, such as accounting, warehousing, and operations, to ensure smooth procurement and efficient supply chain management.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
