Imperial Online Services Pvt. Ltd. is a clothing company based in Hyderabad dealing in Men's, Women's and Kids wear, selling through online E-Commerce Channels like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc.

We are looking for an E-Commerce MIS and Cataloging Executive, the following would be a part of your job role:
1. Execute tasks related to MIS Reporting including but not limited to GRN of stock and tracking of stock inbound against POs raised

2. Create analytics reports, sales reports, inventory reports as per requirements and maintain trackers for photoshoot samples and styles to be cataloged

3. Listing products on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc within dedicated timelines;
4. Write engaging and accurate product descriptions to enhance catalog as well as ensure relevant keywords and data are included;
5. Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information and conduct catalogue hygiene checks;
6. Co-ordinate with photography/imaging studios for catalog shoots;
7. Coordinate with various internal teams like Sourcing and Marketing team to create new catalogs and update existing catalogs when required

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an MIS exectuive
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, particularly MS Excel and all relevant functions and formulae
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Key skills of collecting, collating, analyzing and interpreting data
- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
