Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries.
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks.
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events.
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants.
- Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system.
- Handle all office admin works in absence of M.D.
- Take care of all office belongings including T.V. ,Camera, Computer systems, Printers and other equipment management and dusting etc.
- Arrangements of Owner and Guests refreshments etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,586.00 - ₹15,371.44 per month
