Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, gather feedback, or follow up on previous interactions.Receiving Inbound Calls: Answer calls from customers or clients, resolving issues, answering questions, or directing them to the appropriate department.Maintaining Customer Records: Keep detailed and accurate notes on each call, including customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.Providing Customer Support: Assist customers with questions, concerns, or problems related to products or services.Achieving Targets: Meet daily or weekly call quotas or sales goals, depending on the role’s focus.Following Scripts: Use provided scripts to handle objections, guide conversations, or ensure consistency in communication.Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input and update customer information in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues efficiently.Collaboration: Work with team members or other departments to escalate complex issues or improve customer experience.Compliance: Follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations (e.g., telemarketing laws or data privacy regulations).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,700.00 - ₹27,300.00 per month
