**We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our accurate and up-to-date digital records.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering data into various computer systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
- Maintaining the integrity and security of all data entered.
- Organizing and preparing source documents for data entry, including scanning and filing.
- Verifying the completeness and accuracy of data before entry.
- Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Creating reports and generating data sets as required.
- Following data entry procedures and protocols to maintain consistency.
- Staying up-to-date on new data entry software and techniques (may be required).

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing skills and data entry speed.
- Proficiency in using various computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access) and data entry software (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
