**SECTION III**: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Providing a comprehensive support to day-to-day operations of human resources ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment processes, providing a customer focused and effective HR support service to the organization to achieve the organization goals and objectives.

**SECTION IV**: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

"Talent Acquisition
1. Effectively partner with business in framing the hiring strategy
3. Closely working with Retail teams to understand the store expansion plan and support them with manpower requirement
4. Ensuring optimal usage of cost effective sources of recruitment like LinkedIn, Naukri etc

Employee Relations & Engagement
1. Maintaining a constant connect with stakeholders and partner in driving stakeholder engagement through proactive and structured interventions
2. Help career conversations and find suitable opportunities for internal role movements of talent
3. Handle grievances & concerns in a sensitive manner with empathy & bring them to closure
4. Ensure timely query resolution of employees
5. Escalate issues to proper authority as & when need arises
6. Track trends in employee concerns / behavior and proactively address them. Gather feedback through FGDs to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.
7. Partnering with the HR Shared Services team for effective onboarding & off-boarding
8. Organizing monthly business town halls

Learning & Development
1. Partner with the L&D team for training & development as per business needs
2. Supporting critical talent in development and execution of their individual development plans

Performance Management & Recognition
1. Partner with the line managers to address performance gaps and facilitate discussions/ process to assess appropriate action
2. Effective implementation of the existing rewards & recognition program
3. Conceptualizing recognition initiatives for back end teams

Others
1. Driving various HR COE projects at the business-level as per the business requirement
2. Support in conceptualizing and anchoring special projects for addressing business & HR priorities
