**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgeries and medical procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after anesthesia.
- Collaborate with surgeons, medical staff, and nursing teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records.
- Manage emergency situations and complications related to anesthesia.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and best practices.
- Participate in pre-anesthesia assessments and post-operative care.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and assist in clinical training if required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: 3 to 4 years of post-PG experience in a hospital setting.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in regional, general, and local anesthesia techniques.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle critical situations calmly and efficiently.
- Team player with a patient-centric approach.
