Job Description: Waiter/Steward

**Position**: Waiter/Steward
**Location**: Oishii Wok, Sector 43, Gurgaon
**Shift Timings**: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (with a break in between)
**Salary Range**: ₹13,000 to ₹14,000 per month (plus service charges)

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service quality.
- Handle billing and payments accurately and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Assist in setting and clearing tables for a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Address customer concerns politely and escalate when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work during the mentioned shift hours.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
