As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our expansion across key markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of IVD products to hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and trainings for customers.
- Provide timely market feedback, including competitor activities and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and post
- sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industry.
- Prior experience in IVD or diagnostic devices will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a result
- driven approach.
- Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.
