Role Overview:
As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on surgical instruments and a range of hospital products. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators, while promoting our products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Promote and sell surgical instruments and hospital products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Provide product training and demonstrations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, specifically in surgical instruments and hospital products.
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
