**Overview**

**Duties**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the modular furniture segment.
- Meet with clients (architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers) to understand requirements and propose suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Maintain a database of clients and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in furniture sales, preferably modular or interior solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand design concepts and explain them to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
