We are urgently hiring IT Recruiter at one of the Real Estate Company at Belapur, Navi Mumbai

**Experience**:3-6 Years in Core IT Recruitment

**Location**: CBD Belapur

**Salary**: 6-7 LPA

**Qualifications**: Graduation compulsory

**Responsibilities**

*Manage the entire life cycle of the IT Recruitment process.

*Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

*Should have experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Recruitment

*Should have knowledge in ATS.

*Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

*Procure people for different IT Requirements.

*Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need
