Injection Moulding Technician

Responsible for monitoring and controlling the parameters in injection molding factory
- Preparing reports for deviations with their corresponding reasons
- Preparing and maintaining control chart for each component
- Defect analysis and counteraction implementation
- Safe Loading and Unloading of molds as per production plan
- Reporting to Plant Manager
- To handle trouble-shooting of day to day production process, also maintain, monitor and optimize production process to ensure molding process runs stably and safely
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products
- Improve manufacturing techniques and through put
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities
- Review processing methods
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel
- Monitor the assembly/molding process running in production
- Lead the process control and maintain appropriate documentation
- Injection molding experience a must
- To create and maintain SOP documents in department such as WI, PDS, and Procedure make sure those documents preserved properly, updated on time
- Take leader to handle customer quality complaint and quality improvement to delight both customer and process
- To train & guide operator, shift leader and technician in terms of machine operation, new technology to ensure high quality production

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
