Production Planner

. Planning and Scheduling:
- Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
2. Inventory Management:
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
- Managing stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with sales, customer service, purchasing, and production teams.
- Communicating production progress and any issues to management.
- Collaborating with various departments to align production work with plans and schedules.
4. Process Optimization and Improvement:
- Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Implementing solutions to address production issues and improve efficiency.
- Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
5. Other Responsibilities:
- Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet production needs.
- Managing and organizing project paperwork.
- Monitoring production processes and addressing any issues that arise.
- Preparing performance reports on production status.
- Optimizing production schedules to minimize waste and maximize output.
- Scheduling shifts and personnel to ensure proper coverage and prevent bottlenecks.
- Analyzing production orders and designing schedules that meet demand while optimHirresources.

Pay: ₹8,798.68 - ₹42,609.89 per month
