- **Teaching and Course Delivery**:

- Developing course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials to meet the learning objectives of the BCA and MCA programs.
- Conducting practical sessions, laboratory exercises, and project work to provide hands-on experience to students.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborating with faculty members to develop and revise the curriculum for BCA and MCA programs, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
- **Student Advising and Mentorship**:

- Providing academic and career guidance to BCA and MCA students, including assisting them with course selection, internships, project work, and career opportunities.
- Mentoring students in their research projects, dissertations, and practical assignments, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
- **Research and Scholarly Activities**:

- Collaborating with colleagues and students on research projects, securing research grants, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**:

- Designing assessments, quizzes, exams, and other evaluation methods to measure students' understanding and mastery of course materials.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and progress, facilitating their continuous improvement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participating in departmental meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and faculty development programs.
- Assisting in the administration of BCA and MCA programs, including admissions, registration, student advising, and academic advising.
- **Professional Development**:

- Pursuing opportunities for further education, training, and certifications to enhance teaching effectiveness and research productivity.
- **Community Engagement and Outreach**:

- Engaging with the broader community, industry partners, and professional organizations to foster collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange.
- Organizing and participating in outreach activities such as guest lectures, industry visits, and career fairs to promote the BCA and MCA programs and build partnerships with stakeholders.
- **Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion**:

- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that celebrates diversity and respects students' backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.

**Salary**: ₹13,560.54 - ₹35,213.34 per month
