Responsible for delivering services in the area of Internal Communication, Analyst Relations, Public Relations and Content Marketing. As a leader, will be responsible for creating a strong collaborative team culture that works together to achieve set goals and priorities.
- Responsible for coaching & mentoring the team for the execution and delivery of their objectives as per their set KPI’s. Review, monitor and act as required.
- Work with global stakeholders to ensure that teams are performing well.
- Mentor and guide the team for high performance. Manage performance appraisal.
- Responsible for all staffing and recruitment of talent. Will also manage all aspects of training and development for the team.
- Build and develop new capabilities, bring innovation across the communication and content marketing spectrum and create new service offerings that can be taken to market.
- Manage all financial aspects of running the team including billing, utilization and reporting as per requirement.
- Be the point of escalation and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure high OTACE \CSAT.

**Primary Skills**:

- Strong experience in marketing, communications and branding.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written is a must.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and executive interactions skills.
- Highly proactive, creative, and able to bring solutions and new ideas to the business.
