**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our real estate team. As a Digital Marketer in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our properties, attract potential buyers or tenants, and increase brand awareness. You will utilize various digital channels and techniques to effectively reach and engage with our target audience in the competitive real estate market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties including residential, commercial, and land listings.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and rankings for relevant keywords.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and generate qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
