- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops to teach students the fundamentals and advanced concepts of 3D animation.
- **Software Proficiency**: Instruct students on how to use 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other relevant programs, covering topics such as modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- **Feedback and Critique**: Provide constructive feedback and critique on students' work to help them improve their skills and achieve their learning objectives.
- **Project Management**: Assign and oversee animation projects, ensuring students meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work that demonstrates their understanding of the concepts taught.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D animation and incorporate them into the training curriculum as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or related field.

- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively teach and mentor students with varying levels of experience.
