**Job Requirement**:
Min 2+ years Software quality assurance / technical testing experience in Voice/ Contact Center technologies namely Genesys, IVR, CTI, Softphone, Call Recording, Verint.
Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA.
Hands on experience in Cyara and should have extensive experience in using Data Driven, Cruncher/Cruncher Lite, and running campaigns.
Load Testing activity in regular intervals and report generation.
Design and/ or Oversee development of test approaches, test strategies, test plans, and test results to ensure testing is right
- sized and risk
- based testing principles are applied.
Should be flexible to work over weekends and stretch as and when required

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
