Internal Customers - All Departments
External Customers - Bank, CHA, Customers, Freight Forwarders, Consultants, Auditors
Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Any Graduate + Specialization in Import & Exports Management.
2. Years of Experience: 2 to 5 Years
3. Technical Skills: Tally, MS Office - Word, Excel
4. Behavioral Skills: Good written and verbal communication., Proactive approach, Quick learner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Import Export Documentation, Placing proforma invoice (PI) based on customer requirements
2. On finalization of PI, co-ordination with the shipping line, arrangement of containers. Completion
of documentation related to shipping line & overseas customers.
3. Co-Ordination with Banking Team (ICICI/Kotak), CHA, Consultants with regards to Licenses.
Co-ordination with the production team to ensure production as per plan.
4. Outstanding follow-ups with Customers
5. Project Record Maintenance, Telephonic co-ordination to ensure timely shipment
6. Reports - Monthly Expenses, Export Data, Dealers Sales Data etc.
7. Audit Sales & Purchase files on monthly basis
8. Ledger Reconciliation & Supporting in Regular accounting activities
9. Co-ordination with Auditors for Statutory Audit. Should be able to work on Tally.
10. Working on Refund activities.
11. Extending Support to the Bank End Team/Import Export Process
12. Inter Departmental Co-ordination for daily activities and any other duties as assigned by
management. Loading of the container on the day of dispatch, intimating excise officer for
inspection. Sending documents such as invoice, packing list, qc report with the driver.
13. Mailing the dispatch details to the overseas customers & send documents for clearance to the
customer through courier.
