Looking for qualified and experienced teachers well versed in the Montessori Method of teaching.

Job Location - Thane West (Ghodbunder Road)

Salary - INR 18K

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- 2- 3 years of Experience teaching Kindergarten.
- Fresher’s can be considered, but ECCEd ( Early Childhood Care & Education Diploma) is a must
- Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline with B.Ed. / or Certification in Early Childhood / Montessori Training / Teacher Training etc.
- Must have excellent communication and instructional skills
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods.
- Must be able to speak fluently in English
- Schooling from English medium
- Basic computer knowledge must
- Should have good knowledge of classroom safety & sanitation

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Tracking of the child’s progress & reporting to parents, providing weekly schedules for children & parents.
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children background and psyche
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
