**Job Title**: ITI Electrician - Precast Manufacturing**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems in the precast manufacturing plant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery, control panels, and power systems.
- **Machinery Support**:

- Ensure the proper functioning of precast production machinery, such as casting machines, vibrators, and curing systems.
- Install and maintain motors, drives, and control circuits to optimize equipment performance.
- **Wiring & Installation**:

- Execute wiring and cabling for new installations or upgrades in the facility.
- Install and maintain lighting, switchboards, and power supply systems as per industry standards.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
- Identify and rectify potential electrical risks to minimize downtime.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations during all tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and electrical systems inventory.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Provide technical support during installation or upgrade of electrical systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI Certification in Electrician Trade.
- **2+ years** of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably precast manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, and electrical systems in production facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with automated machinery and control systems is an advantage.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Proficiency in using tools and testing instruments like multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient practices and modern electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
