Basic qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or Economics Industry experience as a ML Scientist or related specialty (e.g. Software Engineer and Data Scientist) with extensive professional experience and a proven track record in a role focused on understanding, manipulating, processing and extracting value from large datasets. Proven experience in building large scale machine learning or deep learning models and/or systems in a production environment Strong analytical skills with passions on working with structured and unstructured data sets Proficiency with Quicksight, Tableau or similar dashboarding tool, Microsoft Excel to include making charts, data manipulation, pivot tables, creating macros, and visual basic knowledge Experience processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities (100K to Millions of rows) of data Able to write SQL scripts for analysis and reporting and using Datawarehousing technologies like Redshift, SQL, MySQL, Oracle or Teradata Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 10 years of experience in data analysis or related field as a Statistician, Data Scientist, Computational Biologist, or bioinformatician. Experience with statistical software (R, Python, MATLAB, pandas) and database languages. Experience with machine learning on large datasets

Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent quantitative field - 10+ years of industry experience working as ML Scientist or related specialty - Experience using Cloud Storage and Computing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3, Athena, ECS, ECR, Docker, etc. Experience communicating results and business impact of analytical deep dives to senior leadership - Hands on experience building models with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, or similar Experience with machine learning, time series, NLP, CV and RL solutions Scientific thinking and the ability to invent a track record of thought leadership and contributions that have advanced the field Experience in mentoring more junior colleagues

Masters in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience solving complex Data Science problems with excellent algorithm formulation skills
3+ years working in the field of Data Science or experience leading a team of Data Scientists
Experience in Banking / TelecoM/FMCG industries
