Your Role: Scrum Master - Empowering Agile Excellence

Are you passionate about agile practices? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? As a Scrum Master at Lexmark, you will play a pivotal role in enabling geo-diverse teams to deliver high-quality solutions using lean-agile principles and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

You’ll be an advocate for your team, empowering them to continuously improve, adapt, and achieve exceptional results that delight our customers.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead & Inspire: Drive the success of geo-distributed teams by facilitating scrum ceremonies, guiding agile best practices, and enabling collaboration.
- Be the Agile Advocate: Coach teams on SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps, fostering a culture of business agility and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Excellence: Organize and guide Agile Release Train (ART) events, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and more.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Bridge teams, product owners, and senior management with clear and effective communication.
- Drive Continuous Learning: Champion innovation and professional growth within the teams, staying ahead of emerging tools and trends.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:

- BE/ME/MCA with 8+ years of IT experience.
- 3+ years in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a preference for SAFe certifications.
- Hands-on experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and enabling team productivity.
