**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end development of new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct formulation research, sample trials, and sensory evaluations.
- Modify and optimize existing product recipes for improved taste, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams for pilot batch trials and scale-up activities.
- Work closely with procurement to identify and evaluate raw ingredients and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety & quality standards.
- Maintain technical documentation including formulations, batch records, trial reports, and specification sheets.
- Monitor product performance and gather market insights to support innovation.
- Support packaging and labeling development with relevant technical inputs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology / Nutrition** or related field.
- **2 to 2.5 years of hands-on R&D/Product Development experience** in the **Food Industry** (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, sensory analysis, and shelf-life evaluation.
- Familiarity with FSSAI guidelines and food regulatory compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple product trials and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
