Store In-charge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices or order forms.
- Ensure materials are tagged accurately and stored in an organized manner to facilitate easy and safe access.
- Maintain clear records of all incoming and outgoing materials using computer systems and manual recording as required.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records to reflect current stock levels.
- Prepare and issue materials to contractors and site personnel, ensuring accurate documentation of material issuance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and handling guidelines for storing and handling various materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies for timely delivery of materials.
- Handle and document returns of unused or defective materials to suppliers.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage areas.
- Resolve any inventory discrepancies through regular audits and checks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in inventory management or relevant fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Good physical condition to handle material movement and storage activities.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating among team members, suppliers, and site managers.
- Prior experience in a construction site or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
