- Hands-on experience using **Petpooja billing solution**:

- Accuracy in handling cash and digital transactions
- **Customer Service & Communication**:

- Friendly and proactive interaction with customers
- Handling feedback, peak-hour rush, and service recovery professionally

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Pre-Operation Responsibilities**
- Collect ingredients and pre-processed items from Central Manufacturing Kitchen
- Perform hygiene checks and equipment readiness as per SOP
- Stock items in the food truck following standardized layout

**2. Operational Duties During the Shift**
- **Food Production**:

- Fry cutlets and grill meats/kababs as per **food processing SOPs**:

- Assemble wraps and burgers with speed and consistency
- **Billing & Order Management**:

- Manage billing using **Petpooja POS**:

- Receive and fulfill orders via food delivery apps
- Ensure smooth order flow and delivery coordination
- **Inventory Control**:

- Track stock levels and update usage
- Maintain **inventory checklists and SOP logs**:

- Communicate stock shortages proactively to the kitchen/manager

**3. End-of-Day Closure**
- Reconcile sales, cash, and UPI payments using **Petpooja**:

- Submit end-of-day summary to the Operations Manager
- Perform cleaning, equipment checks, and daily maintenance
- Record closing stock and update reorder lists following **inventory SOPs**

**4. Reporting**
- Update all relevant reports directly through **Petpooja backend/dashboard**:

- Share daily sales, inventory, and issue logs with Operations Manager and Business Operations Head
- Ensure reporting accuracy aligned with operational SOPs

**Products Offered from the Food Truck**
- **Cutlets (Tikkis)**: Pre-processed in our central kitchen, fried onsite
- **Wraps & Burgers**: Built using our signature cutlets and patties
- **Marinated Meats**: Pan-fried and grilled live
- **Kababs**: Skewered and grilled to order
- Age: 21-35
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass; Hospitality or QSR experience preferred
- Experience with food truck/QSR brands (e.g., McDonald's, KFC, Haldiram’s) an advantage
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and under a performance-driven culture

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
