About the Role:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-depth and concept-oriented classes aligned with NEET/JEE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular assessments, and monitor student performance.
- Design and review test papers, practice worksheets, and academic materials.
- Identify student learning gaps and provide individualized support where required.
- Maintain academic discipline and mentor students in both classroom and residential settings.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure effective academic delivery.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and share regular student progress reports.
- 2 to 10 years of proven teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching or school teaching for Grades 8-12.
- Deep understanding of competitive exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students for long-term academic success.
- Willingness to relocate and reside on the school campus.
