Job Title: Domestic BPO Team Leader

**Salary**: Up to 20,000 INR

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts ( day shift )

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic BPO Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and performance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of customer service representatives.

2. Monitor and evaluate team performance to meet and exceed established targets and goals.

3. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and performance expectations.

4. Provide coaching and feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

7. Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking.

8. Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and key metrics.

9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a BPO environment, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills.

3. Proven ability to drive team performance and meet targets.

4. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. Proficient in using relevant software and tools.

7. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
