Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments. Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and optimize performance.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to identify potential opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Track and analyze sales metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Relay valuable insights to product development and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the paint or coatings industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
