We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Trainee - Graphic Designer** to join our team at Chokore. This role is perfect for a creative designer with expertise in social media graphics, website visuals, digital design

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Formal education in Design (Degree/Diploma) from a reputed institution
- Strong aesthetic sense
- Excellent communication Skills - in order to understand and work on creatives according to the brand aesthetic
- Software Knowledge : Adobe Creative Suite (Especially Photoshop and Illustrator), Corel Draw, Canva, AI softwares are a plus
- Ability to brainstorm with the social media team for fresh creative ideas
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and take initiative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals
- Occasionally assist with packaging and print designs
- Work with the photography & studio teams for product and campaign creatives
- Occasionally contribute to fashion accessory prints & patterns (secondary focus)

**Web & Graphic Designer Experience**
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, are flexible, and able to roll with changing scenarios. Fresher with 0-6 months experience is okay.
- **Experience with an E-Commerce company is a big plus**:

- **Video editing skills, working on latest softwares**:

- You’re detail-oriented, someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done
- Strong aesthetic skills, creative problem solving, extensive experience in optimizing/compressing graphics
- Solid understanding of cross-platform browser compatibility issues and image-optimization for the web
- Knowledge of human factors and innovative user interface methodologies a plus
- Must have a strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (or two-year technical degree)
- Must be able to be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with online creative/marketing campaigns
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work to strict deadlines
- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and an understanding of the limitations and opportunities of current web technologies
- Strong communication skills with a team-first attitude

**Work**
- You will be on a 3 months probation initially and then absorbed in the company if your performane exceed the expectations at an increased package.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
