**Position overview**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation, working with a team of professionals in a supportive and learning-centric environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Create, manage, and optimise lead generation campaigns using Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- **Campaign Management**: Set up and monitor ad campaigns, ensuring they align with our marketing goals and strategies.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Write compelling and effective ad copy to attract and convert potential leads.
- **Audience Targeting**: Identify and target the right audience segments to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate the ad spend budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation techniques.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently for 2 hours daily.
- **Learning Attitude**: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per month
